Chairwoman Cecile Hansen will give a blessing (around 11:20am) to open up the West Seattle Grand Parade, and then the Duwamish Tribe will be walking alongside the Raven canoe in the beginning of the parade. Please come to cheer on the Duwamish Tribe!
